I don't care what date irs was going to issue it. If I wouldn't had fees that I owed you.

Irs. would have send it to our bank a week before the issue date and the bank would have posted our payment the same day they got it not waited until the 25 to issue it.

At least the pre paid cards bank would have.

A lot of ppl say they're not using you next year and I'm one of them. I had to keep going over draft on my card because you refuse to send my money to the bank until Feb 25

My taxes were sent to them on the 21st! Yet, they are not even releasing them to people on the same date of their tax refund date!

This company is holding people's taxes to gain interest! Find other tax filing companies to work with that don't use SBTPG for their bank!

This bank abuses people and encourages identity theft and abuse by people who do our taxes. I hope the government does something about it.

This company should not be allowed to had ppls refunds. Tax season starts the same time every year.

They should have been more prepared (more employees, better software, updated system). This ridiculous that so many y ppl are waiting for a stupid trace number (which was never need before) and a deposit.

I see a class action coming. Cause this is maddness.

They dont seem to want to respond at all or help me get into their website or call me back so they lost a client. Thank you.

Please be mindful of the following details: It's advisable to avoid filing through TurboTax, and if you do so, consider paying your fees upfront. SBTPG has claimed that they returned my refund to the IRS on February 23, 2024, which was 120 days ago.

Despite this, the IRS has not yet received it, even after initiating a trace. Following my recent contact with the IRS on July 23, 2024, they informed me that a referral has been made and requested that I be on the lookout for any forthcoming important mail or my refund. However, the lack of progress has resulted in ongoing frustration.

I am eager to resolve this matter and seek the timely receipt of my refund. It appears that SBTPG may not be fulfilling their obligations, leading to significant dissatisfaction.

I been waiting for my taxes for 120 days plus and I cant even get thru to a representative Im tired of getting the run around. They live check tells me my refund was sent back to the irs the irs tells me they never received it contact TurboTax TurboTax telling me its have something to do with the irs Im so confused.

They said they returned my referral and to the IRS and never did...and this company is a scam too the pissed consumers, because I called the number on the website for lissed consumers and it said thanks for calling Walmart!

It was sent back to the IRS with a wrong code I dont see how this happened to me I need my money this is not okay

Had a question concerning my refund because it's already been two months and I've been extremely patient. I'm in an awkward situation and need my refund to get me back on my feet.

Unfortunately I'm still waiting, used this company for the last three years and have never had to go through Santa Barber / Green Dot before in order for me to receive my refund. Just wanted to know if anybodie new who to contact for me to talk to a human instead of a *** robot/virtual assistant that never has the answers that you ask so pretty much there a waste of time, how do you pay these "virtual assistants" or is that just more money in your pocket and a way for y'all to not have to respond to any of your customers questions because y'all are just like everybodie else, ?

I don't know about y'all but I don't owe china, so why are y'all just giving them all of our money and not realizing what there doing? Can somebodie please get me my refund?

I HAVE NEEN GOING THROUGH TURBO TAX/GREEN DOT BANK FOR 4 YEARS. I PAID TURBO TAX 168.00 FOR PREP FEES..THIS YEAR 2024 I GET A REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY WHO CHARGED ME Additional TAX FEES AND PREP...148.00.

TOTAL 300.00 YOU Can't Talk TO ANYBODY ON HOLD 2.5 HOURS...
